hmm…well interesting post…i will start off by saying i was informed of your little blog while talking to tirrell about lil wayne’s amazing album sales..and yes i am a fan…i probably have every mixtape and album he’s ever made or even been a part of on my ipod, which yes i downloaded. After hearing all the hype i went out and bought the cd which is something i never do. I felt i had to have it, so i decided to try the whole support the artist thing. Not sure how that was possible due to my stupidity and inability to read or right…but anyway i love the cd. Unfortunately i can’t say it is a classic but still a great album. i have to ask..have u even listened to it or are you one of those let me talk shit before i’ve even heard it kind of guys?? just wondering =] and you are right his album did leak 2 weeks before it was released and he still sold over a mil! now that only means one of two things…1. he has a great fans base who will still go out and spend their hard earned dollars on his album or 2. his “bad music” must not be all that bad. maybe its a combination of both but either way i can’t see how anyone can not respect the fact that he has backed up his claim to being the best rapper alive with his amazing album sales…i mean he’s no joe budden but hey…u know what i can’t even let people think i mean that not even for 1 second so yes that is sarcasm…i can’t even say its ur dislike for lil wayne that annoys me its how biased this whole post is. It kinda makes it sound very immature…but the great thing about living in the good ol USA is everyone is entitled to their own opinion and in my opinion you truly are a hater. can’t u just be happy for a black man doing good? sheesh. =/

It’s your fault I went out and bought Justice’s album. It stays on heavy rotation from my car, to my iPod… and strange as it is, my mother likes them. But hey, Justice and Daft Punk make good music to work to.

Anyway, I agree with you that this particular song isn’t that great. I usually skip it, but my ipod counts everytime I skip a song, and I also have a playlist of most skipped songs, so I try to keep things balanced. Basically, I found a few parts in that song that I do like so I can tolerate the beginning… because it sounds too stressful.

And the video? Looks like a mix of The Outsiders’ Greasers, A Clockwork Orange (I don’t remember the name of their gang), and an episode of History Channel’s Gangland. Not what I envisioned, but I do want a cross jacket. It’s the album cover/name too, and I love it. And it’s all your fault.
